All our shipments are dispatched from China, with a flat shipping fee of $5 for orders up to 5 kilograms. For orders exceeding this weight, please reach out to us with "wholesale" in the subject line. To ensure your shipping details are accurate, please create a user account and provide your shipping address. For optimal service, kindly include your telephone number, as many countries require it for shipping verification. Rest assured, your information will only be shared with the shipping agent.

Shipping times generally range from 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your international location. We strive to minimize delivery times wherever possible. For local deliveries within Mainland China, expect your order to arrive within 5 business days.

Please make sure to include all required information for customs declarations specific to your country. If your package is detained or denied entry by customs, we cannot be held responsible.

Once your package clears customs, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as possible. It is common for tracking numbers to take a couple of weeks to update. We appreciate your understanding, as shipping times from China can sometimes be unpredictable.

When you receive your tracking number, you can track your package here. If your package is marked as "preparing shipment," it means it has already cleared Chinese customs and is en route to its final destination. It is normal for there to be a delay of two to three weeks between customs updates. We thank you for your patience.
